What I'm Doing Now

I’m in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, trying to progress in my career and lead an exciting, yet stable and habit-based life. This is what I spend my time doing:

  • Being a supportive and present colleague, friend and son
  • Working for Living North, helping businesses both big and small gain new customers through a quality publication
  • Helping provide quality context and a community hub for the WAX blockchain through NFT Insider
  • Focusing on my mental health, “me” time, and finding my happy place once again
  • Developing my personal brand (such as this website!)
  • Keeping fit through daily exercise
  • Developing my written skills (via the blogs on this website)
  • Looking for new opportunities, both professional and personal
  • Making my flat feel more homely

These are my main priorities right now.

I am very open to considering new opportunities. I understand that I am in the early stages of my career, and that I am still finding what works best for me. I highly value novelty, spontaneity, and growth, and will seriously consider any new opportunities that come my way.

If my activities or priorities happen to change, I’ll update this page to reflect those changes. Last update was 8th July 2021.

This page is a public declaration and a reminder to myself, and it balances out the goal-driven nature of my Impossible List. It was inspired by Thomas Frank, who got the original idea from Derek Sivers.
